LITIGATION SUPPORT

I. In-text coding & rapid turnaround of output under a tight schedule

Infocache provided extensive litigation support by coding 10 million pages for a highly publicized class action lawsuit involving several multi national firms in the automobile industry for the duration of the trial. Due to the size and importance of the case there names standardization and extensive in-text data extraction were required. Documents were placed online immediately as the trial progressed.

Infocache staff worked round-the clock to meet client needs and tight deadlines.

II. Electronic Document Discovery

A large New York law firm approached Infocache for electronic data forensics. We successfully completed the 50 GB electronic document discovery project involving multiple PST and NSF mailboxes. Our experts performed full data and text extraction, by using non-invasive technology that maintains the integrity of the original data files and were able to retrieve hidden, deleted, or damaged electronic evidence that was critical to the case. Password cracking and cross-mailbox de-duplication facilitated the creation of a highly efficient and useful database.

With efficient keyword and concept searches we were able to save the client money and deliver a manageable database in less than a week.

III. Coding & Translation Of Multiple Foreign Language Documents

Infocache is one of the few firms that does translation and coding of foreign language documents. We indexed, coded and translated documents that were in Japanese, Korean and English, for a national law firm. We were able to code and translate 100,000 foreign language images in less than three weeks.

Through excellent coordination and teamwork, Infocache completed the project with utmost accuracy and on time. Saved the client more than half of their projected in-house processing costs.

RECORDS MANAGEMENT

I. Electronic Medical Records

Infocache has completed Medical Forms Processing/ Database Creation for a major health services provider:

Digitize and Index 500,000 pages of patient records and forms to bring the client’s system current to facilitate their move to a web repository.
Accurate data extraction including diagnostic and procedure codes from medical and insurance claim forms.
Create a database system for easy retrieval. Integration/configuration of security features within the clients network.

By optimum use of onshore and offshore resources Infocache was able to update client records and systems at minimum cost and with least disruption to ongoing operations.

II. Forms Processing

Infocache was entrusted with processing and indexing 20 Million records online for a client with strictest security measures. All images stayed on the client server and no transfer of images via CD/DVD or FTP was required.

More than 100 Infocache staff worked online to complete project in less than one month.
