Security Measures

Infocache has strict measures in place to ensure a high level of security in handling client documents and information. Our networks are secure and protected at highest industry standards. The offshore facility has incremental security on the production floor.

Physical Security

• Swipe cards for employees with CC TV to ensure safety.
• Every employee signs a stringent Confidentiality Agreement.
• Police verification/notification of all offshore facility employees.
• Employees are not allowed to have bags, paper, pencils or cell phones at or near workstations on production floor.
• 24-hr physical security at the offshore premises with separate clearly defined visitor areas and log-in of visitors.

Desktop Security

• Absolutely no communication devices are allowed in the working environment.
• Infocache uses terminals only to access data and cannot save, download or print.
• Authorized personnel must login before working on client information.
• All activity is closely monitored.
• Client information is always saved securely to servers.

Network Security

• Access to servers is restricted both physically and across the network. Only authorized personnel allowed with Smartcard ID and password authentication.
• Infocache retains off-site computer backup and disaster recovery.
• Passwords and multi-firewalls set-up for Internet and Intranet. Firewalls in place for the safe and secure transfer of data-both from clients to us and between our locations. Data can be encrypted prior to transmission.
• Our FTP servers are configured to require 128-bit SSL encryption on all connections. It provides full logging of all FTP activity.
• Dedicated T-1 lines for secure hi-speed data transfer.
• Six months after completion of a project all data is deleted and destroyed unless otherwise instructed by client.
